Britta Herzog, Artist

Britta is a native Texan who was fortunate to travel extensively fill her with a strong appreciation for the charms of Europe and the Orient. This appreciation is evident in her paintings whether painted on location or painted from life in her studio. Britta sees drawing as the basic skill every artist needs to be a sucessful artist. She has been drawing all of her life and painting with a passion for the past 16 years. You will find her works in Oils and Pastels and her favorite subjects are still lifes,
flowers, architecture and portraits. She is committed to creating the painting that touches the heart, graces the home and becomes a cherished possession to be handed down from one generation to the next.
She has studied with some of the best Artists of our time including;KevinMcPhearson, Dan Gerhartz David Leffel(Art Students League of New York) Tom Browning and Ray Vanella.
